My recent stay at Hotel Sarajevo was fantastic! We were in Istanbul for 5 days from 30th April to 4th May, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing us with ample room to relax. The location, right in the heart of Taksim and Istiklal Street, was ideal, making it easy for us to explore the city. Mr. Ozan and Natalie were incredibly hospitable and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to Hotel Sarajevo on our future visits to Istanbul. Highly recommended!
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with lots of clubs and food options. the staff was conversant in English and helpful in giving directions around town. Despite the flaws in the hotel, the price was affordable and gave a good value for money.
Although the location was good, the hotel rooms were poorly cleaned and maintained. There were leaking taps and poor-quality water.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, tucked away in a quiet alley behind the bustling Taksim street. It's the perfect spot for those who want to be in the center of all the action, but still have some peace and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even offered great services like room service and car hire. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the city.
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. We had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to anyone, especially families.

This hotel is located in the midst of a district that never sleeps, making it perfect for those who want to experience Istanbul's vibrant nightlife. it's near a pub with loud music till morning and offers easy access to a nearby mall. the rooms are clean with helpful staff that respond to all your requests. the hotel also offers tasty breakfasts and well-maintained bathrooms. the windows are soundproof, which makes the stay enjoyable for those who are sensitive to noise.
One thing to note is that some people might find the location a little too noisy for their taste.

Had a fantastic Easter weekend away! The room was great, clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice view of the city. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was definitely worth it! The hotel was super close to the main street with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. It was so convenient to be able to just step outside and have everything at our doorstep. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful which really made our stay even better.
The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding our way back to the hotel at night. The area was a bit confusing and we got lost a couple of times.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was very clean and offered comfortable rooms with a good location in this city. The hotel facility was well-organized, and the staff provided excellent service. In addition, the hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was in the center of the city and near transportation. The best part was that the hotel was located in the Taksim area, which is surrounded by open nightclubs until the early morning. This area is also near a pub with loud music till morning.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel was initially good, but as our stay progressed, we encountered some issues. One of our friends found a mouse in their room and the hotel staff did nothing to address the problem. Additionally, the water in the room was discolored and unclean. On the day of our departure, we discovered that four smoke cartons had been stolen from the hotel, and after reviewing the security camera footage, it was clear that a housekeeping employee was responsible. Despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel management, no action was taken. The manager was unavailable and the staff refused to acknowledge the evidence.
